Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. The role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. This position requires a strong focus on sales, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and managing business development activities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and large-loss experience
- Strong project management, financial process, and administration knowledge
- OSHA certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
