Job Description
BluSky is seeking a Construction Project Director to manage and close new business opportunities in the restoration industry. The Project Director collaborates with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services following disasters. Responsibilities include sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & collections, managing near-term opportunities, business development activities, estimating proficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and large loss experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Project management and financial processes knowledge
- Strong business ethics and autonomy
- OSHA and First Aid certifications preferred
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Travel
- Minimal travel, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
