Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with owners and managers of various properties to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Xactimate and estimating software knowledge
- Strong communication and project management skills
- OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
