Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities by developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. This role involves working closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners to deliver exceptional customer service and project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Sales and revenue generation
- Managing profit margins and accounts receivable

- Ensuring accurate project estimating and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration
- Construction estimating and project management proficiency
- Experience with Xactimate and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and project financial management skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and OSHA certifications preferred
