Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a driven and motivated Construction Sales Consultant to join our team. Our Sales Consultants play a crucial role in increasing market share within an assigned territory, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings with superior warranties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase market share.
• Manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion, integrating technology for efficiency.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors, and permit requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer service standards.

Requirements

• 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
