Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings backed by superior warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the sales territory.
  • Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors, coordinate with MBI personnel, and navigate permitting requirements.
  • Reach or exceed established sales budgets with a focus on growing market share.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer technologies.
