Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share in an assigned geographical territory, cultivating new customer relationships, and delivering high-quality building solutions backed by superior warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including subcontractors and permitting requirements.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed established sales budgets and grow market share.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer technology.
