Construction Sales: Consultant and Project Management

Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our dynamic team. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating new customer relationships, and working on complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion. Success in this role requires a self-driven and motivated individual who excels in a team environment, is extremely organized, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets.
• Grow existing market share and be available during construction-related work hours.
• Coordinate all parties involved in the building project, including managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with permitting requirements.
• Integrate technologies for effective project management and customer communication.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Commercial sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
