CT Technologist Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic CT exams using the latest imaging equipment. Your role will include verifying patient information, educating patients about procedures, ensuring patient safety during scans, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic CT exams following established protocols.
• Verify patient identification and physician orders.
• Educate patients on procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and perform quality assurance tests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the exam room and ensure equipment is sanitized.
• Collaborate with medical staff for effective patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
• Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
