Job Description
Corewell Health is currently seeking a full-time CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health Wayne Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams using state-of-the-art imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images while prioritizing patient care and safety. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT exams following established protocols and procedures.
- Verify patient identification and physician orders prior to each exam.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff, management, and support teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT; additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
