AMRO Music Stores Inc is seeking a creative and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Amro Music's online presence, digital marketing, branding activities, and creating engaging content. As a key member of the team, you will work on various platforms including the website, social media, podcasts, outbound sales, and customer service to ensure a seamless and compelling digital experience for our audience.

Responsibilities

• Establish SEO objectives and monitor online presence
• Create and manage web pages
• Develop meaningful online content for social media and YouTube
• Oversee podcast-related marketing to grow listener base
• Create sales campaigns and marketing materials
• Manage digital customer experience including SMS services
• Collaborate on the design of printed marketing materials
• Plan and coordinate events like the Back to School Party
• Provide outstanding in-store customer service

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn tools such as Canva, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact, and the Adobe suite. While marketing or music background is not mandatory, traits like a desire to learn, improve, care for others, and provide exceptional service are valued.

Compensation

Starting pay: $23.00 per hour, with potential increase based on experience. Full-time position with benefits including paid time off, holidays, health insurance, and 401(K) with employer matching.
