Job Description
Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
- Implement individualized educational and behavioral support plans.
- Facilitate activities and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and teaching staff.
- Maintain RBT certification and adhere to professional standards.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- US work authorization and 60+ college credit hours.
- Experience in special education or related settings preferred.
- Passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
