Maintenance Manager for our Modesto Plant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join Crystal Creamery Inc at our Modesto Plant. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing plant maintenance, reducing unplanned operational outages, and driving continuous improvements to ensure optimal production operations at our diverse Dairy processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Provide training and professional development to the maintenance staff.
• Promote and ensure safe work practices to prevent employee injuries.
• Drive performance improvements in areas like organizational effectiveness, reliability, and cost management.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies for efficient operational maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within the food & beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technology.
• Leadership in food safety practices and understanding of SQF requirements.
• Experience with managing environmental regulations and plant automation systems.
• Effective communicator and leader with problem-solving skills.
