Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct client meetings.
• Gather data for financial planning.
• Create financial plans and investment recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and provide top-tier service.
• Utilize financial planning software and CRM systems effectively.
• Implement client outreach strategies to enhance the client experience.
• Resolve client issues and oversee new business processes.

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years' experience in Financial Planning.
• Series 7 license is mandatory.
• CFP certification is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in financial services industry practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, financial planning software, and Salesforce.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations.
