Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team at Thrive Therapies Group. In this role, you will collaborate with school partners and stakeholders to provide intervention plans, support students, and contribute to creating centers of excellence for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Meet students where they are while maintaining high expectations.
• Provide traditional educators with reports and actionable steps to support student progress.
• Draft and implement 504 and/or IEP goals for students.

Requirements

• Background check before employment begins.
• NBCOT certification and active TN State license.
