P1 Construction, LLC., a national construction and solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Manhattan, Kansas office. As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing electrical construction projects, overseeing field staff, subcontractor performance, and ensuring project compliance with contract documents, budgets, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large projects.
• Coordinate project scheduling and construction activities.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and community officials.
• Lead and support project staff to ensure project completion within set timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or electrical engineering related discipline, or five years of related field electrical trade experience/training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager overseeing electrical construction work.
• Must pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle on company business.
