Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our team at Develon. As the Field Service Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Governmental contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and machine uptime.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service and parts relationships with National, Key accounts, and Large Government contracts.
  • Act as a communication link between customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate product training programs for service managers and technicians.
  • Manage Field Modifications and Call Tracs process efficiently.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy products and supervisory experience.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
