Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team at 10 Fitness. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding the 10 Fitness member experience by fostering a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club environment. You will communicate with senior management and human resources, ensure adequate staffing, maintain a safe workplace, and manage financial goals. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the member experience, promoting memberships and services, and championing company values.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with senior management and HR on staffing, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure club cleanliness, safety, and proper signage and displays.
- Manage staffing, payroll, and inventory efficiently.
- Promote memberships, merchandise, and services.
- Champion company values and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service and leadership/management.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Exposure to moving parts and noise levels.
Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-3pm.
Compensation
$42,000-50,000 yearly salary.
