Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and team player Housekeeping Porter to maintain the beautiful Sandyplace Apartment Homes community. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for cleaning and upkeeping designated areas of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Salary
$17-$19/hr, PT, Friday-Sunday, 8am - 5pm, 24 hours/week, plus a $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend.

Requirements
- Previous janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Motivated, efficient, ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws.
