Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PHM Brands. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring the maintenance and repair of all plant/buildings, grounds equipment, and manufacturing machinery. Your role will involve executing reliability excellence activities, troubleshooting PLC programs, conducting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with other team members for optimal plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute day-to-day reliability excellence and maintenance activities.
- Support proper maintenance and repair of all plant/buildings and grounds equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting PLC programs and process instruments.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance team members to support plant operations.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Predictive maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley software.
