Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent, with at least five years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds when necessary.
