Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.

Education and Experience Requirements

Requirements include an Associate's Degree or equivalent, five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience, expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance. The role involves working night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift objects up to 80 pounds in weight.

Experience and Education

• Required: 4 years of advance maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Education: High School or better; Associates or better in Manufacturing Technology or related field (Preferred).
