Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team at Freeman Webb Company as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the overall maintenance of our properties. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our physical plant is in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various maintenance projects.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Replace and repair a range of items from glass to flooring.
• Conduct painting, carpentry, and custodial work.
• Assist in grounds work and emergency coverage.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Ensure safety protocols and work in diverse areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and physical ability for the job demands.

Physical Demands

The role involves varied physical activities, including standing, lifting, climbing, and working at heights. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor and heights.
