Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC., a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Apprentice Maintenance Technician at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Perform tasks related to hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, and filter changes.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Handle AC & DC servo drives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree from a technical school.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
