Manager - Facilities

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Facilities to oversee all aspects of facilities management at Friends of Youth. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, supervision of Facility Technicians, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise and mentor Facility Technicians.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage facility ticketing system for prompt response to requests.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure property maintenance aligns with program goals.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and purchases with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS365 Power Platform.
• Customer service and project management experience.
