We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As an Overnight Baker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by baking fresh bagels for in-house services and catering. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently during the 12am-6am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bagels for in-house and catering operations.
• Check catering orders and adjust preparation quantities accordingly.
• Work independently to complete baking tasks before the store opens.
