Partnership Manager - (Chandler/Phoenix, AZ)

Job Description

NovaSource Power is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of solar assets through effective partnership management. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in solar O&M practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor financial and technical performance metrics for solar assets.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget management.
• 5-10 years' experience in renewable energy or field service industries.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 5-10 years' work experience in renewable energy or field service industries.
• 3-5 years' experience in leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be required per year (domestic & international).
