Job Description

We are looking for a Parts Sales Manager to join Hunter Truck at our Pennsville, NJ location. As a family-owned authorized dealer of Peterbilt trucks, Hunter Truck has a rich history of providing top-tier trucking solutions and exceptional customer service since 1938. The Parts Sales Manager will oversee the parts department's operations to ensure profitability through effective management of inventory, staff, pricing, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts department to achieve profit objectives.
• Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement an annual operating budget.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain profit targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a balanced inventory and manage returns efficiently.
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and order processes.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Four to six years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, ASE Certifications, and Truck Parts Specialist Certification.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
