Job Description

SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As an integral part of our FDA 503B outsourcing facility, you will oversee daily compounding activities, ensuring the production of high-quality medications for hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. This position involves supervisory responsibilities and collaboration with the quality unit to maintain our commitment to safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding, labeling, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Complete accurate logs and records related to compounding activities.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and batch record instructions.
• Assist in deviation investigations and batch reviews for product release.
• Maintain real-time inventory of pharmacy finished products.
• Enforce personnel policies and procedures to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pharmacist License in home state (AR and CT).
• 2+ years of experience in sterile compounding, with a preference for managing technicians.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment and comply with gowning procedures.
• Capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40+ pounds.
