Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and working closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures based on reviewed and analyzed data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Identify and recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Perform oil sample collection and analysis.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment life.
• Stay current in predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Comply with safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in daily data collection, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to obtain PDM certifications.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
