We are seeking a dedicated Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. This full-time position involves utilizing cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict and prevent potential failures.
• Utilize advanced technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance periods.
• Detect and address equipment issues promptly to avoid unexpected downtime.
• Contribute to improving equipment reliability and lifespan through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Stay updated on predictive maintenance technologies through continuous training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and Pdm certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
