Responsibilities
- Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
- Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
- Submit work orders in MP2 for scheduling repairs during planned maintenance.
- Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
- Change filters, oil, and grease as needed.
- Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate shutdown if necessary.
- Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
- Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
- Initiate plans to improve equipment lifespan.
Requirements
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Military experience considered.
- PDM certifications a plus, or willingness to obtain them.
- Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
