Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in utilizing reliability equipment to predict and minimize machine failures, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs during planned maintenance.
• Identify and address equipment issues promptly to prevent downtime.
• Conduct oil samples analysis and recommend necessary maintenance actions.
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or repairs.
• Comply with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Seek continuous training to stay current in predictive maintenance technology.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in daily data collection, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
