You will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict impending issues, and proactively maintain machinery to minimize downtime effectively. Your daily responsibilities will include using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology, submitting work orders, monitoring equipment conditions, and providing vital support to optimize plant operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime.
• Predict pending failure through data analysis.
• Utilize advanced reliability technology for data gathering.
• Schedule repairs during maintenance downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as changing filters and collecting oil samples.
• Provide critical support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Make recommendations for equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
