ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
  • Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
  • Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering.
  • Submit work orders and collaborate with maintenance planners for repairs during planned maintenance.
  • Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
  • Perform equipment maintenance tasks like changing filters and collecting oil samples.
  • Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic failures.
  • Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
  • Initiate plans to improve equipment life.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience with reliability technology.
  • Military experience considered.
  • Pdm certifications a plus, or willingness to obtain.
  • Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
