Job Description

We are seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. The role involves utilizing reliability equipment to analyze, predict, and prevent machine failures, thereby reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Submit work orders for repairs and collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled maintenance.
• Detect leaks and perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Military experience or Pdm certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
