Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety. This position offers increased pay rates and a $5,000 sign-on bonus to the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient identification and physician orders.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Contribute to the effective operations of the department and assist in training new hires.
- Maintain competency in all assigned areas, including fluoroscopic, general diagnostic, orthopedic, and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Radiography program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
