• $1,760 Weekly Gross
• $44 Hourly
• 40 hours/Week

Qualifications

• 12 months of hospice in-home experience within the past 3 years
• HCHB experience required
• BLS issued through American Heart Association
• RN license in Georgia

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with life-limiting illnesses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular home visits to assess patients' conditions
• Manage pain and symptoms associated with terminal illness
• Educate patients and families on disease process and treatment options
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
