Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a leading skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. As an RN in this facility, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and supporting healthcare providers. Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in delivering patient care.
- Promoting patient independence and establishing care goals.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
- Registered Nursing degree and current RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification and TB test within the last year.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
