Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As the Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue from existing accounts and managing a portfolio of clients at a corporate level. You will work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for client needs and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Create and administer Account Plans for key corporate contacts, aligning with client priorities and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and key contacts to implement initiatives and resolve escalated issues.
- Analyze and advise clients on performance reporting, financial performance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and expanding waste and recycling services.
- Stay informed about industry changes and trends to anticipate effects on services provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma with relevant professional experience considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and sales skills with proficiency in customer success software like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Conditions
Home office environment with moderate noise levels. Ability to work after hours and travel up to 50% of the time.
Compensation
Salary Range: $59,200 - $84,000 per year.
