Candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent, five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience, and expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers, AC & DC Servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs. The role involves working day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a manufacturing environment. Key success indicators include effective learning, problem-solving capability, high frustration tolerance, multitasking, safety orientation, and teamwork.
