Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in executing preventive maintenance and ensuring the optimal functioning of our advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Ensure the smooth operation of AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Work on mechanical tasks with exceptional abilities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical maintenance.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
