Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TOYO Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA) in White, Georgia. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing preventive maintenance and ensuring the optimal functioning of our advanced production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on robotic-driven equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Utilize expertise in areas such as PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Address variable frequency drives (VFDs) and conduct electrical system preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrate exceptional mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent with five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in PLCs - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley, along with AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high frustration tolerance, and positive attitude.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a safety-conscious manner.
