Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant at Atlanta Marriott. As part of the team managed by Dimension Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards, outstanding service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial and operational plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor restaurant performance through customer feedback and financial analysis for continuous improvement.
- Maintain product and service quality standards through evaluations and corrective actions.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure effective human resource management including training, development, and compliance.
- Establish preventative maintenance and security programs for asset protection and employee/customer safety.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence through innovative programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours.
- TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.

Compensation
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
