Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant at Atlanta Marriott. As part of the team managed by Dimension Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards, outstanding service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial and operational plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through customer feedback and financial analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through evaluations and corrective actions.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure effective human resource management including training, development, and compliance.
  • Establish preventative maintenance and security programs for asset protection and employee/customer safety.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence through innovative programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.

Compensation

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
