We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing material transactions, and investigating variances to optimize production costs. Fluency in Japanese is essential for collaborating with our Japan team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in directing fixed asset inventory, analyzing ROI on projects, and participating in budget planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese for effective communication.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
