Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and optimizing cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for managing production costs, requiring fluency in Japanese.
• Plan and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or related field with ten years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.

Experience & Education

• 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management, with a preference for experience with SAP S4 HANA and CPA certification.
• Bachelor's or higher education in Accounting or related field.
