Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and collaborate with teams in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for production cost management.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.

Lead by example in executing all duties effectively.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 6 years of cost accounting experience. CPA certification preferred. Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
