As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in cost management and analysis to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and collaborate with Japan for enhanced cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and verification process.
• Analyze ROI on projects and contribute to budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
