Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Cost Analyst proficient in both English and Japanese to join our team at the cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in managing cost analysis and inventory control, working closely with our global partners to ensure efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances in material transactions within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and assigned costs.
• Provide leadership by effectively executing all related duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a mandatory requirement.
• CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
