We are looking for a dynamic individual fluent in Japanese to become a subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage our production costs efficiently. This role involves investigating variances, directing fixed asset inventory, and analyzing ROI on new projects.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Manage production costs in collaboration with Japan, requiring fluency in Japanese.
• Direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 years of related experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
